1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Recaudit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
2. Age requirement
Recaudit is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service, and by signing in you confirm that you are. Registration asks for your date of birth and will not let you continue if it shows an age under 18. If we learn that an account does not meet this requirement, we may suspend or terminate it under section 5.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use Recaudit only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Recording interactions must comply with applicable local laws regarding consent.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you create and publish on Recaudit. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
5. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community.
6. Limitation of liability
Recaudit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
