How to reach us
For legal inquiries about your account or content, email recauditservices@gmail.com, or use Help & feedback in the app (Creator Center → Customer Services) and pick the closest feedback type. Feedback sent in the app is routed to the team and answered by email to the address on your account.
Law enforcement requests
Requests from law enforcement must be submitted in writing and identify the requesting authority, the legal basis, and the specific records sought. We review every request for legal sufficiency before responding.
Data requests
You can request a copy of your personal data, or its deletion, at any time. Deletion is available directly in the app under Settings → Account management → Account ownership.
